This level also contains a charming living room and a dining area that boasts unbeatable ocean views. The fourth – and final – level hosts the master suite. Its private rooftop terrace is stocked with lounge chairs and a Jacuzzi, making it an ideal spot to admire the scenery or relax during the evening.
Every level has its own lavish balcony that’s furnished with plush furniture and tropical plants; one even has an ocean view Jacuzzi. The home’s wraparound walkways allow guests to move from one area of the home to another while still enjoying the sights and sounds of Manuel Antonio. Getting too hot during the afternoon? Throw on a swimsuit and jump into the large swimming pool. Although a professional chef’s services can be arranged, guests will likely enjoy the capability of cooking both indoors and outdoors. Several kitchens are spread throughout the home and there’s a BBQ that’s great for grilling meat, fish or vegetables.

Although the individual rooms differ in the size and configuration of beds (most have queen size or full size beds), all have mattresses that are comfortable and furnished with soft linens. The bedrooms are spread throughout the four floors and most come equipped with a private hot water bathroom. The master suite is set on the top level and has access to a private rooftop patio with a Jacuzzi. In total, this home can sleep sixteen people.
